Knowledge article flag error message -You have reached the daily limit for comments posted by a user

Hello,

 

When I am trying to flag a knowledge article.. I am getting this error message "You have reached the daily limit for comments posted by a user." 

I have checked the below system properties 

sn_kb_social_qa.max_comments_per_user_daily

glide.knowman.max_comments_per_user_daily

No value defined means no restriction is applied.

 I tried to put a value -500 , but the message is still there...

 

I have checked the below business rules 

Comment limit for user

Question limit for user

These business rule are the ones that look into those system properties but unfortunately no luck. Does anybody know how to fix this error?

Hi @sree31 

Go to affected article in platform

Open the knowledge base associated with it

Uncheck "Disable commenting" (false), then save it

Clear cache by typing cache.do in filter navigator

 

please hit the Thumb Icon and mark as Correct if it helped!!

Disable commenting check box is unchecked on the the knowledge base associated with the affected article and this is happening for all the knowledge articles. I am getting this error message when ever I am trying flag any knowledge article.

Hi Ravi,

 

There is a custom business rule that is running behind.. that is the reason its throwing that error. I deactivated the business rule.. it started working fine. Thank you so much for your suggestions.
