Found the solution, try Service Portal> Ai search> Search result action
then add your portal to the records needed

Yes we started experiencing this same issue after updating the Employee Center Pro plugin and their dependent plugins. We updated to version 27.0.2.
If anyone has suggestions would love to hear them. Thanks.

Hi @Alex Gonzales ,
I'm currently facing the same issue. Can you please elaborate exactly what do you mean by "add your portal to the records needed"?
Thank you in advance!

Hey Alex,
Great find, but when I configure my AI Search Results Action Configuration, I'm able to update the action name but on the Payload Query Parameters, I need to set number = sysparm_article. Number is not available in the drop down. I exported the XML of the record, made the change, and re-imported (don't do that, bad Paul....) and it fixed the issue. Did you find a way to do it without bad practice?
Thanks
