Hi Everyone,
I am looking to find the solution for the knowledge articles count should be shown irrespective of the user language.
Currently the knowledge articles count is showing to the users if their language is English in their profiles.
But I need to display all the knowledge articles count which are available even if the user language is German, France..etc.
Please anyone help me out on this.

Hi @smiley4
I strongly recommend you to create "Translated version" of each article in all the installed languages. OOB, the system displays the articles with Language equal to the user's preferred language. This was done on a purpose for the search function to work properly and other dependencies. If we change this behavior, it will result into some unexpected issue with the overall knowledge management application functionality

Thank you for your information. Is there any way to create the same dashboard as I mentioned in the above screenshot and able to give the access of all the knowledge articles irrespective of the language setting..
