Knowledge articles not visible in search result after enabling AI search

Hi Team, 

We recently enabled AI search  in one of our development instance and it is showing below response while searching for KB. It is also showing attachments( attached in chg or ritm) in the search result. Any input to fix this would me much appreciated.

I have cloned both widgets and followed the same but still showing "your search has no matches'

Hi There,

If anybody still looking for a solution to fix this issue, you can try the below method.

 

Navigate to "All -> AI Search -> Search Experience -> Search Sources", then open "Service Portal Knowledge Bases" record and update the filter condition to include your knowledge base by adding another OR condition.

You can also remove the "Knowledge Base" condition to include all Knowledge Bases.
