Knowledge base should be visible to particular group?

I have created one knowledge base called "ABC". And it should be visible to one particular group - server support

In the related lists we have can read and can contribute options.

In both i configured it for server support group only.

when i impersonated with another group members it's not showing as expected.

but for one member, though he is not part of server support group it's showing

How can i debug this issue?

Go to Navigation Knowledge > User criteria Diagnostics

To check how the user is able to access the Knowledge Base

What i need is, my knowledge base should not be visible to anyone other than "Server support Team"

But it's showing to beth anglin

Using User criteria Diagonstics we can check from where user is getting access to the knowledge base.
