Knowledge Base

Hi,

Please help solve this problem. I am so confused.

We want to keep the latest published version of Policy KB articles live in the knowledge base until a new version is published or the policy is retired. Currently, the published version is hidden in the knowledge base when the policies are pulled back to draft for editing.

Anyone who's known about this how to do this, please help me.
