Knowledge check box is not working

I have followed the instructions as per documentation and enabled knowledge checkbox. But when I close the incident I cant see draft knowledge article created. Is there any thing I am missing ? Please give me complete  details/steps to enable knowledge checkbox.

Hi,
Can you please check if "Incident Create Knowledge" business is active?
Check the property "glide.knowman.submission.workflow" it should be false to create a knowledge article in draft state.

Hi  , Thanks for quick reply, its not working even aftern setting conditions mentioned by you.

Can you put a log in the BR?
