Is there an OOB function where, if a certain category is selected in the knowledge article, the corresponding group is also auto-populated in the ownership field?
For example, if I pick the category as "Test," I want the field of "Ownership Group" to be populated with "Test Group."
Or if I pick the category as "Payroll," I want the field of "Ownership Group" to be populated with "HR."
I know this can be done through a business rule, but I want to double-check if OOB, there is already something like this in place.
