Knowledge records are not opening when tried via lis view in my costum workspace

Hi,

I have created a custom workspace, and in the list view, I encountered an issue where attempting to open a record from the KB table results in a "Page Not Found" error, while records from other tables are working fine.

Please suggest how to resolve this?

Hi Bhanu,

 

I think in order to view the knowledge article, you need to add the knowledge article record page in your experience. The usual record page won't redirect you to the kb article because the URL is different. There is a legacy template called as knowledge view. May be you'll have to add a event to redirect reference link to the knowledge view page. If you are using list view template it might be configured too.  Please try it let me know.
