Hello,
I am trying to upload a video (mp4 format) to the knowledge base. It isn't working - it just has been trying to load for about 10 min (see screenshot below). Does anyone have any tips to get videos uploaded to knowledge base articles?

Can you check your Restrict file extensions system property?

try this
a. Disable the business rule, "HTMLSanitizerConfigValidation".
b. Save my change to the script include.
c. Reactivate the business rule.

We are on Quebec, but I don't see the lines of code that are in steps 2 and 3, so I added them (your suggestion to disable the BR worked and allowed me to update the script includes). However, I am still not able to upload any videos. Thanks again for all of your help.

I was able to get it to work! not sure what steps I missed - but i think once I added the file type that is what did it. Thank you SO much for your help!
