Language not changing in Service Portal

Hi All,

We have implemented Service Portal for end users with different widgets.

But the problem occurs is when an French or any other language user log into Service Portal after selecting the language, some of the widgets and text are not updating based on the user language as per the below screenshot.

Can anyone let me know how to fix this issue?

But still I have some confusions as to the link provided by you. I need to understand in detail as I am new to Service Portal.

Can you please help me out on the same.

 

This is basically showing you the portal side version of adding your translations to the sys_translated text table. 

So if you switch your language to French, you can go to the portal designer page, or control click and edit the widget, then update the title to the correct French title, and it will update for that language. 

You can do that or make all those translations on the sys_translated_text table instead, but again, these are not pre-translated and you will need to do it manually.
