Latent Change UI Action

I'm needed to create a UI Action for "Latent" change tickets.

 

I'm aware this is not OOB model for SNOW Change tickets, but I thought to copy the Create Emergency UI Action and change respective values from Emergency to Latent.

 

I've also updated the two script includes as well.

But the action isn't doing anything.

 

Has anyone else been successful in doing this?

I am not sure what is use case to add new change type. The script alone will not work here, you need to create a new flow / workflow for same, and then call that flow/ workflow on latent change.

 

Truly speaking it will be a overhead going forward so manage this
