Lettings users add comments to activities stream in portal

I need users to be able to add comments to cases (sn_customerservice_case) they created in the Service Portal.

 

I am an admin, so when I go to a case in the Service Portal, I see where I can add a message:

The issue is non admin users do not see this message field:

How can I allow non admin users to add messages to the activities stream in the portal?

Hi @JJG_SNOW this is due to role issue. Try giving sn_customerservice.self_contributor role to any non admin user and test it. see https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/vancouver-customer-service-management/page/product/customer-servi...

Hi, have you found a solution to this yet? I'm having the same problem and can't seem to find the sn_customerservice.self_contributor role at all.
