Hi,
Which is the best way to learn what roles requires licesning?
I'm working on GRC module. I would like to know which of the OOB roles requires licensing?
I also have a custom application and custom role. My custom role was read and write task_sla, contract_sla tables and read task table. Does this incur any cost towards licesning?
Kindly share some pointers on this.
Thanks.

Need to know Servicenow licensing details
How custom roles are counted as a license?
Managing end user licenses usage through role assignment
For GRC module, the role will depend on what modules of GRC, you are working. For example, if you working on 'GRC Vendor Risk Management', You will require the roles as mention in the following link:

Hi Balaji,
Cost may vary with the account or the agreement what customer signs up with ServieNow.
Please get in touch with "account manager" for your customer to get licensing terms and conditions.
