HRSD helps manage these transitions by updating employee records, adjusting access permissions, and notifying relevant stakeholders.

3. Offboarding: When an employee leaves the organization, HRSD helps streamline the offboarding process. This includes revoking system access, collecting company property, conducting exit interviews, and updating records to reflect the employee's departure.

4. Performance Management: While not strictly a LifeCycle event, performance management is an ongoing process within HRSD. This involves setting goals, providing feedback, conducting performance reviews, and identifying areas for improvement or recognition.
