Limit the displayed records on Portal

Is there a way that i can limit the number of records on this drop down menu in service portal? i only want to see 5 or less records (widget is "Ticket conv"and other one is "simple list") Thanks

I think, while configuring the simple list widget, you can specify the number of records you want to see per page

Hi Manibaig,

Put the value in Maximum entries of Simple List widget.

i don't see these fields on my widget (kingston)
