Limit the displayed records on Portal

Is there a way that i can limit the number of records on this drop down menu in service portal? i only want to see 5 or less records (widget is "Ticket conv"and other one is "simple list") Thanks

This will not be in widget. Go to the instance of that widget.

Took me awhile to find this - look for Widget Instances in left nav - then type simple list in the Widget field - click the I/information link and you can finally get to this screen.

Tab called 'Fields on List, appearance' has the maximum entries field.

I haven't played around with this much, but the first tab - Table & Filter - looks like you should be able to add some filters there as well. Possibly limit date ranges, etc.
