How can we correctly link to the destination topic page in Employee Center? We have a need for a topic page to be linked in external documentation for the organization. Currently using a hyperlink with the format like "https://<instancename>/esc_hrsd?id=emp_taxonomy_topic&topic_id=<sys_id>" just redirects to the home page after SSO authentication.
