Several years ago, someone hid the activity filter on various records including incidents and sc_tasks. Now, another field needs to be tracked but I cannot find where this configuration change was made. I have checked UI Actions, UI Policies, Business Rules, the form design and form layout, images, etc.... It still appears on Stories but the form design and form layout for it looks that same as the other record types. Is there a pop up form that I am missing?

Hi @bookers ,
From each task extended record (e.g. Incident and Catalog Task), change the form layout.
Within the slushbucket, adding the 'Activities (filtered)' should do the job.
Thanks

Thanks for the quick response. Activities (filtered) is already in the 'Selected' side of the slushbucket

Thanks @bookers,
I think I may have misunderstood your question, so what you are saying is the Activity filter is already visible on the records but you want to track an additional field?
If so, you can do the following:
- Ensure the 'audit' for the field/table is turned on
- Click the filter icon and select 'Configure available field'
- Add the fields you want to show on the activity filter

Thanks for the follow-up. Audit is turned on and the activity filter is already selected in the slushbucket. The filtered activity button you see in that screen print is hidden.
