Location Maps only populating one location

Hi All,

I've noticed that there is an issue with the location maps where it will only show one location on each map.

From what I can see the location pages are setup to glide record the relevant table and populate the locations based on the Latitude and Longitude of the relevant location, e.g. All Locations map page glides the cmn_location table and and populates the icons and loops through until it goes through all the records.

However I've found that this is the case, even on fresh instances and the demo instance.

Has anyone else come across this? If so was it fixed and how?

I have also had seen this issue at the time of upgrade to Calgary. I believe that SNOW support has resolved this in Eureka release , else its a known error and the solution they proposed is here - https://hi.service-now.com/kb_view.do?sysparm_article=KB0538622

I had this same issue, map only showing one of my locations, when I tested this in Geneva with demo data loaded.

I got this fixed by increasing the value of "Maximum number of items to display on the map" under System properties > Google Maps. Demo data in Geneva loaded 1600+ locations and the default value for items to display on the map is 500.
