I am LOCKED OUT of my dev incstance dev400129.service-now.com - i have very important work there- was configuring SAML sso and now my admin logon doesnt work.; HELP NOW!!!!!

Hi @truskcr

To bypass your SSO configuration and log in with your local admin account, try accessing your instance directly by appending /side_door.do or /login.do to your URL.

That doesn't work. I need someone to go in and do something to make it work. It happened after doing the SAML test on Auth0
