I am LOCKED OUT of my dev incstance dev400129.service-now.com - i have very important work there- was configuring SAML sso and now my admin logon doesnt work.; HELP NOW!!!!!

Always have the admin account added in account recovery module so you dont get locked out of instance in the future.

Just keep in mind, There is no support available for PDI .
