Login error - ServiceNow UI

I'm having this error upon login. Any recommendation on how to resolve this error? I already checked the ff. but I couldn't find a_login.aspx on the code.

Might also be worth checking System UI > UI Scripts for a_login.aspx

Update: Issue has been resolved. There's an entry under Installation Exits > LogoutRedirect with a URL ending with a_login.aspx. 

I replaced this with another URL to fix the issue.
