Hello,
I am looking for a simple report - 'Business elapsed time' for all the incidents and this data should be read via an API.
On which table should I do the reporting?
I thought that incident metric DB view was the right place, but its not capturing the data correctly.
Please note that - we have scenario where multiple resolution SLA's can be attached to the incident and retroactive start is not enabled.
So lets say that for an incident, 2 resolution SLA's got attached. Assume 1st SLA's business duration is 10 mins. 2nd SLA's business duration is 20 mins.
So at the end, the total business duration is 30 mins right.
How to get this data via API?
