@mention question

Hi Guys,

I have a question regarding to @mention functionality. Why is it if we copy & paste the name of the user the notification didn't triggered?

@Codi According to the support article KB0859556

This is an expected behaviour since the mention in the worknotes is being inserted as @[username] and it is being posted as @username. For this reason, if it is being copied, it won't be inserted in the right format and the notification will not be triggered.
