micro certification is not moved to my personal web accessor mail servicenow

hello ,

I actually removed my personal web accessor mail ID from company now learning and updated to my personal now learning web accessor mail id , I see mainline certification and some badges are moved but not micro certification any idea? why?

Hi @animesh_96 Webassessor doesn’t hold the micro-certifications. Micro-certs are stored in Now Learning or Learning using NERU, so what you're seeing is expected — or you might be checking something incorrectly.

Micro-Certifications are taken from ServiceNow University and is not managed via Webassessor. You can go to ServiceNow University account -> My Profile -> Badges -> View All and use search term 'micro' to see list of Micro-Certifications.
