Mid server unable to upgrade

Hi,
New to the mid servers, I need assistance with resolving this issue. tried all the steps I could find attempted to download the installation file and start the upgrade manually but no luck, please help resolve this issue. Checked proxy/firewall settings nothing is blocking anything.

Hi @Carol2
Upgrade sometime wont work due to network issue, firewall blocks and or network timeout.
Try re-starting from mid server machine manually if this also didnt work then you need to fallow manual steps to upgrade it.
1. Download the mid server from servicenow instance.
2. place the file on your server machine.
3. Replace the existing MID Server files with the new installation files, preserving your config.xml file.
4. Re-start the server again.
