Missing Icon On Login Page?

I've gone ahead and uploaded my company's icon under "system properties -> my company".

When I go to the login page I am seeing this:

I've tried cache.do and I've tried it on a different computer all together, but nothing.

Moreover, when I login, instead of taking me to the platform as it should. It takes me to this URL instead, all the time.

Hi @JDX7913 

I did faced the same issue with the Next Experience. To resolve it, I reuploaded the company logo, cleared the instance cache by running cache.do and it got resolved.

Somehow, it is not taking the uploaded image in one go.

I found out what the problem was. 

I needed to upload the icon/picture to "system configuration -> basic configuration ui16" and under the "banner image for ui16"

That fixed my problem right away.
