is it possible that i show the Record number instead of Table Name - Created 2016-07-28

It shows the display value there. Go to the dictionary of number and set the display to true.

Hi John,
This is pulled from the display value field set on table. Only one field can be defined as the display value for a table. When you set the Display value to true, a business rule sets the Display value to false for all other fields on the table.
Please check section 3.1 for instructions.
