Hi @kushaltm ,
1.Navigate to UI Builder
- Go to Now Platform UI → UI Builder (/now/ui-builder).
2.Open the Security Incident Response Workspace
- Select the SIR Workspace (the name may vary like Security Operations, Security Incident Workspace, etc.).
- Choose the page used to display a Security Incident record. This is often named like Security Incident Record Page.
3.Locate the Record Header Component
- In the page layout, find the Record Header component. It usually appears at the top of the page layout.
- Click on it to open its properties panel.
4.Edit the Header Fields
- In the component settings, you'll find a configuration for fields to display.
- You can add, remove, or reorder fields here. For example, you might see fields like:
- priority
- risk_score
- assigned_to
- state
- You can add new ones (like category, impact, etc.) or remove any as needed.
5.Save and Publish
- After making changes, click Save.
- Then click Publish to apply changes to the live Workspace.
