Module 5 Lab

I am trying to complete Module 5 Lab, but it is not loading the same as the example. I was not sure if I was doing something wrong. I appreciate any advice. Thank you

Please realize that we aren't mind readers. What is Module 5? Which course? Did you already create a case with NowLearning (looking at the URL it's a lab instances, related to a course there).
