I have a customer who has built a multi-level pivot table report. When he exports it to PDF (either on demand or through email), the report has text generated on top of data (the text gives the report conditions, who ran it, the table name queried, etc..). In addition, the entire report appears to be greyed out (dark grey overlay).
Is this a setting that we need to configure for reporting in our instance or something else?

Hi @jdavidmcconnell ,
Yes, you can control this
Do the following:
1)Set this property to "true" if exist if not create and set it to true
"glide.ui.report.old_report_builder"
2)Go to the report(refresh the page)> change to the classic UI
3)Click on save drop down and click export settings >check/Uncheck Report details

set this property to "true" to disable the message
"glide.analytics.user.consent.popup.disabled"

Hi Hemanth,
I'm unable to export the report any format in Multilevel Pivot type. I'm reached out Community and Document as well they suggested to install a plugin "com.snc.whtp" even it's already installed still facing the same issue while I'm exporting the report to PDF it's show an error message
An unexpected error has occurred. Please see the instance logs for more details
Even I'm unable to schedule the report while im choose the type of report it's shows only in PDF format.
Please respond my issue and please provide any solution.
