Hi All,
i enabled the email feature in the outage form (cmdb_ci_outage).
i also created 3 email client templates for the same table, so they can choose whether to send an initial template, update template or completion template.
The problem is that i have nowhere to choose which template i want to use. It is always the same template.
why?

Hi Maik,
now when users click on the three dots (next to attachment icon) a new option for emails is displayed.
usually the attribute "client_email" is set to true in the table dictionary to do this.
