I'm trying make a report that is grouped by a variable field of the parent of the element.
To be more specific, I'm not understanding why my catalog item is not showing in the last pop-up, some of all are, but some doesn't.
How can I make it show?

Thanks for answering me @Ravi Chandra_K,
However, the "variables" is not been showing in my "additional group by". Since what I want is in the service request table, the way to access this is: Work Orders → Parent → Service Request → Variables, but Service Request isn't been showing, even if I go through Work Orders → Parent → Variables, the option "variables" is not there.
The main question's printscreen is almost what I want, the only thing stopping me is that my catalog item is not showing up, is there another way to make this appear? like a checkbox or an attribute in the table configuration?
