My Incidents does not show on mobile view?

Hi Everyone,

We are currently configuring the mobile UI and i am stuck at the "My Incidents" link. When i click on the My incidents module on a mobile the records do not display and shows as no records but in standard desktop view we are able to see the incidents.

How do i get the link to working?

Please advice.

Is this a custom application. Does the user have permissions to view the module i.e., is the role/group for accessing the mobile module added to the user.

No it is not a custom application, It is just a "Module" that you create to view "My Incidents", Just like My work or My group's work in the self-service View. Not all of them are licensed users but everyone has access to the tickets they have opened. It works fine on standard desktop view but not on the mobile. It doesn't work on any of the mobile devices, Iphone, Ipad or android.



I have also verified for the ACL's and they should also be able to provide view access to the users.

Thank you Corina for your Feedback. But unfortunately the issue is not the application. It is the module "My Incidents" that doesn't show the incidents on the mobile app as shown in the screenshots below.



I am looking at the app and the desktop with the same user. "Sample_test"
