My Incidents does not show on mobile view?

Hi Everyone,

We are currently configuring the mobile UI and i am stuck at the "My Incidents" link. When i click on the My incidents module on a mobile the records do not display and shows as no records but in standard desktop view we are able to see the incidents.

How do i get the link to working?

Please advice.

Can you try the same as admin and tell us what you see?

Hello Corina,

I have tried login using Admin but still not able to see all incident or even the one which one i have created using mobile app.

I think i found out what the issue is but still need to fix it. There are ACL's which are blocking the incidents to be viewed on mobile. I have tried to login with my developer instance and could see the tickets.



I will keep you posted once i figure out the reason for it.
