My instance is not receiving any email

My instance is not receiving email, and in email diagnostics it is like this, how to solve this?

Hi @devservicenow k ,

No, we can't create email accounts it needs to be provisioned the password but it is not possible on PDIs. May be receiving emails completely disabled on PDI's.

Hi @devservicenow k ,

ServiceNow disabled the sending and receiving emails on PDIs and  Inbound email action won't work in PDI's.

Hi @devservicenow k ,

That is different ServiceNow disabled sending emails from PDI's. But both sending and receiving those SMTP and POP3 accounts will create by default.

for me when instance is created SMTP and POP3 is not created by default. what  should i do to create it by default?

Hi @devservicenow k ,

Yes correct we don't have these SMTP and POP3 on new instances. May be we can't receive emails to ServiceNow Instance in PDI.

if we create manually also it is not working, do you have anyother solutions? for that
