Hi @devservicenow k ,
No, we can't create email accounts it needs to be provisioned the password but it is not possible on PDIs. May be receiving emails completely disabled on PDI's.

Hi @devservicenow k ,
ServiceNow disabled the sending and receiving emails on PDIs and Inbound email action won't work in PDI's.

Hi @devservicenow k ,
Issue appears to be because of your Email Account's Servicenow POP3 record. To check go to the Email Accounts module and open Servicenow POP3 record and test the connection, it must say connection successful, if it fails then that's the reason for this to happen
