My PDI becomes Offline

Can anyone help me. I'm working on my PDI and tried to refresh my work. After refreshing my PDI goes to offline and the screen is "Service Interruption: This instance is Unavailable".

Please help. I have demo next week. Thank you in advanced!

Hi @KEITHTYRONH
As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence your options is limited.
- If your instance have issues, please wait - it should come online after some time.
- If you get tired of waiting, release the instance and request a fresh installation. Please note, that all work that has not been saved will be lost.

The same thing is now happening to me. I am confused on why if it is still a ServiceNow Developer product (PDI) why it doesn't have any support anymore. Why is there no information shared in a banner as to why it is down. I had to read 5 articles in order to know that it is maintenance issues.
