Hi Experts,
I've a catalog item which generated approval for non-itil users, I want these users to land on the ESC portal and see thier pending approval tasks under my task widget, but its not showing up for certain items. What could be the issue, When i login as a admin/itil user i'm able to see my approvals for same items, so i assume its not an configuration issue on the catalog level but a more granular role issue
