Need help highlighting "Reopen count" field (Form View ✅ / SOW Partial ✅ / List View ❌)

Hi everyone,

I'm working on a request to highlight the "Reopen count" field when its value is greater than 0.

I managed to implement this successfully in the Form View using a UI Policy.

🟡 In Service Operations Workspace (SOW), I was partially successful using a Highlighted Value Condition, but it only shows a badge instead of changing the field's actual style.

In the List View, I haven’t been able to make it work at all.

I’ve attached screenshots for all cases.

Would really appreciate any guidance or best practices for achieving this across all views, especially the List View and SOW.

Thanks so much in advance!

UI Policies do not work in list view. Instead of using a UI Policy have your tried right clicking on the reopen count field in the form and choosing Configure style. This should work in the list view as well as the UI. I'm not sure what it will do in SOW.

This is what it would look like.

This does not appear to work in SOW List view or Form view. You may have to continue with the config for SOW as is.

Thank you, this works just on the list view.
now my problem is in the SOW view.
