Need to auto populates requested for's Manager as a Change approver

I need to auto populates 'requested by' manager as change approver automatically in the change approver field.

I think there is another way, instead of creating a new field change approver, why not you bring the manager field of requested for and via dictionary override change the label.

It will no code and easy to do.
