Need to capture assignment group changes in the activity box.

Can someone help and show me how to capture changing of assignment groups in the activity box?

On the form, click the filter icon next to the activity stream. If assignment group is listed, but not checked, check the box. Otherwise, go to the "Configure available fields" link at the bottom of that pop up and add assignment group.

Yes I have admin rights.

Does this happen to be on the incident table? Because in the online docs, it mentions that there is a system property that can be set: Incident activity formatter fields(glide.ui.incident_activity.fields) and I wonder if that is overriding what you're trying to select. If not on the incident table, you might want to check to see if there is a similar property that is determining the activity history for it.

No this if for the customer service module and I'm in the customer service application and not Global.
