Hi,
My requirement is to make a custom field (u_risk_event_raised) mandatory when ever the state is set to 'Resolved' and Impact/Urgency IS NOT 4/Critical,High,Medium,Low and 3/Low.
We are not using Priority field on the form so it cannot be utilized.
I've tried UI policy and client script but it's not working. Can someone help here?

Ram - The issue is not with State condition, the Impact/Urgency combination values is what's making it complicated.

i think above screen shot will work .
