Need to promote incident link as a button in SOW

Hi,

 

In Service operational workspace we have promote major incident link but I want that promote major incident link as a button in same form in Service operational workspace. I checked checkbox in promote major incident UI Action but its not working. Is there any way to bring that promote major incident link as a button.

 

Can you please help me on this. It will help.

Hi @mania,

Have you impersonated someone or you are checking with your Account(Admin Account).

In Required Roles i checked it requires major incident manager role can you check that once?

Try impersonating one who has major_incident_manger role
