NeedIt option Not available in the All menu of ServiceNow browser window (not Studio) - PDI

Hi everyone,

Question 1

I am trying to do the exercise "Create the NeedIt Request Type Options Client Script" from the SNOW Developer training. When trying to proceed with the step 1.a. as shown in screenshot, figure 1 below, the option NeedIt is not available in the SNOW (not Studio). 

Question 2

Continuing with step 3, as shown in figure 2, accessing the NeedIt app using the options All-> System Applications-> My company app, I am not able to access the table  NeedIt [x_<your_company_code_needit_needit]

Have somebody experimented this kind of issues? If so, how to fix it?

210 views and no response. Does any actual devs who build ServiceNow systems and training materials look at these forums? Because I'm stuck at the same spot, navigating training materials that don't align with the UI at all, and cannot move forward.

It took me FOREVER to figure this out, but there's a tiny refresh button at the top of the All drop down. Refreshing the entire browser page doesn't seem to do anything, but clicking that little refresh button will cause the NeedIt app to show up as an option!
