Hi All,
Is there a way to remove the 'New' button from the table view of catalog task:
However we still want ITIL users to be able to create new tasks from the related list on a Request item:
Thanks

Hi Sam,
Right click and configure the list control and omit the New Button. This will omit it from table_list but will work for related list.
Mark Correct if this solves your issue and also hit Like and Helpful if you find my response worthy based on the impact.
Thanks

I have a similar situation but my ITIL users are unable to see the "New" button on the Catalog Task tab. I would like to add the button so they can create additional tasks. When I am logged in as an admin I can see the New button. Any help is greatly appreciated as I am a new SN admin and have lots to learn!
Example below, Impersonating ITIL user the New button is not there.
