New Change Model Skipping States

Hi, all.

My customer wants to skip the Assess phase in a change request, so I created a new Change Model that skips it. However, it's now also skipping the Schedule and Implement phases and going straight to Revew after it's approved.

My model states look like this:

and my State transition for the Authorized State looks like this:

Where am I going wrong? Why is it skipping Scheduled and Implement after the Approval?

Hi @thomasawhit 

Please check the state transition — is it configured correctly or not?
You can use the OOTB model as a baseline and then evaluate the new model against it.
