New tab is not visible in the Agent mobile app (Record screen segment)

Hi All,

 

I have created a new Tab in the existing Agent mobile app but its visible in the PDF instance but not in the company instance.  

Should I do any additional configuration for my company instance?

 

I have created a new tab called  "Variable Details"

Expected result: it is coming in PDI but not in Company instance

Hi @ramesh_r 

 

Try to uninstall or update the mobile app. As far as i think no separate config is required also follow the same steps which you follow for PDI.
