Omit edit button is readonly

Greetings ServiceNow Experts.

 

I am trying to set the Edit button on a related list tab, however, I am struggling with this objective, I think it's because the Omit edit checkbox is read-only as shown in the attachment below.

I have Enabling the Reference float functionality on an extended table knowledge article. However, the suggested solution in the article does not help me, I can't find the Reference floats option in my dictionary, my dictionary is even different.
